Notification of a new system of tracking eligibility and player fees was sent home last spring with report cards. Students must obtain a TRYOUT TICKET from their building athletic director PRIOR to the beginning of tryouts or the first day of practice. Main parts of the ticket include an eligibility check, a current sports physical on file and collection of player participation fees. Player participation fees are due at the time of picking up the TICKET. Completed TICKETS must be turned into the coach on the first day of practice/tryouts. Without a completed TICKET a student may not practice or tryout. Please feel free to contact your building athletic director if you have any questions.

2013-14 PARTICIPATION FEES POLICY
Participation fees for the 2013-14 school year remain at last year's level. We know these are difficult times for many and we do not want to eliminate students from participating in sports because of financial need. Please feel free to contact the coach of your sport or Athletic Director Jay Mulder if you would like to discuss the possibilities of financial aid or payment options. These arrangements need to be made before the season starts and the TRYOUT TICKET is issued.
Middle School Participation Fees for the multiple sport athlete will be: $100 for the first sport, $75 for the second sport, $50 for the third sport and the fourth sport will be free.
High School Participation Fees for the multiple sport athlete will be: $150 for the first sport, $100 for the second sport and the third sport will be $50.
There will also be a Family Cap of $500 per year. This will include students from grades 7-12.
