In an effort to maintain social distancing during this pandemic we are allowing students to learn off campus on their designated remote learning day. Remote learning days are the days they will not be with their classroom teacher receiving direct face-to-face instruction. Submitting this form confirms that you are either granting or denying your student permission to be off campus. Filling out this form, to the best of your ability, will help us plan for appropriate levels of staffing to keep our students safe.
