The Collaborative Schools of Choice Program is a plan that offers parents and students a choice to attend other public schools in the Muskegon Area Intermediate School District outside their district of residence.
The number of choice students enrolled is determined by the space available in the receiving district. If application requests exceed space available, a random draw will be used.
The deadline for the MAISD Collaborative Schools of Choice Plan for the 2015-2016 school year has passed.
Students residing outside of Muskegon County have until Friday, September 11, 2015 to apply for available openings through Schools of Choice, section 105c. Limited openings are available in Kindergarten, 2nd Grade, 6th grade, 8th grade, and all grades in the high school.
There also may be limited openings available via a release from your resident district.
